When do we decide enough is enough?

How often do we actually stop to think about the repercussions of letting our guards down before we actually do? When do we decide enough is enough? When do we decide we are enough?

Sometimes people come into our lives and the newness and excitement cause us to reveal a little too much just a little too soon. At what point do we step back to assess the situation and logically think about the possible repercussions of our vulnerability? Probably not until we're in a little too deep. If you find yourself in a situation that is less than perfect and need to get out of it it, remember this:

Only you have the power to say enough is enough. You are enough. You are not alone. Your mental and emotional health are far more important than any boy (or girl!) will ever be. You don't need to hate someone who has hurt you -- if you can't appreciate someone for the memories, appreciate them for the lesson learned.  A good cry can do wonders for the soul so let it out! Then forgive, forget, and PROGRESS.
