Chiguacle: Sabor Ancestral De Mexico
About a week ago my mom took me to the place where she'd be hosting my birthday dinner this year. I had absolutely no idea where she was taking me. We ended up at Olvera Street and checked out the secret garden, and somehow ended up at a cute museum displaying Chicano Art, at that point, I thought she had completely forgotten about my dinner. I've been to Olvera Street so many times and I've never seen any restaurant where I would possibly want to host a dinner.
Anyways, she took me to Chiguacle and I was taken away from the moment we walked in.
It was so beautiful, the colors, the decor, the Mexican authenticity was impeccable! If you know me you know how proud I am of being Mexican and how much I love Mexico's food and their culture! This place was everything I could've ever asked for in a Mexican restaurant. The best part was that they have vegan options!
Honestly, ever since my mom showed me this restaurant I've been counting the days for my birthday dinner!!
