Road To Closure Vol. 8

What frustrates me the most about Carla Morrison's music is the fact not a lot of people can understand it since she sings in Spanish. She's one of those few artists who's language you may not understand but you can really feel the emotion coming through her voice.

What I love about her music is that you can relate it Yes, she's singing about love- but it's about real love. She's not sugarcoating anything or trying to make it sound magical. She sings about the beginning stages of being in love. She's singing about the beginning stages where everything seems perfect and you're happy to wake up next to your significant other despite all the difference there are between the both you. She's also singing about what it really feels to go through a heartbreak, and those are the songs that you can really relate to. "Sitting on the floor thinking that I love you, that I loved you so much, and that your love is necessary to me" We've all been through a breakup, when you feel like you can't go on with your days without the person you were in love with. Sometimes what you just need is to remember all the god things you shared with that person and cry everything out. That's what she's singing out! She's singing about real emotions, emotions we've all felt at one point in our lives!

I've made a playlist of some of my favorite songs by her, enjoy and try not to cry too much!
